Juicy Couture was started in 1996 by two friends, Gela Nash and Pamela Skaist-Levy, in California. The signature logo of a shield being held by two highland terriers, says 'love P&G' after the owners' names, and also features a crown and a banner saying 'Juicy Couture'. The brand introduced the famous Juicy tracksuit in 2001, making a custom for Madonna, who then set the velour tracksuit trend. In 2004, after sending their designs to many celebrities, the brand began to get noticed. Jennifer Lopez, Paris Hilton, and Britney Spears, and many other famous people were photographed wearing Juicy tracksuits, which caused the brand's popularity to skyrocket.-
