Orders placed before 12.30pm are dispatched the same day. 

Our warehouse is closed during the weekend, so orders placed between 12.30PM Friday and on the weekend are shipped on Monday.

We have a no quibble return policy providing goods are returned in a sale-able condition within 60 days of purchase.

Free Returns for UK, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, USA and Canada (all other countries excepted).

WE NO LONGER DO EXCHANGES. WHEN YOUR ITEM IS RETURNED, WE WILL REFUND YOU AND YOU CAN BUY AGAIN.  (Please email us with the tracking number or proof of posting as soon as you have sent the return, and we will refund you immediately if you are outside the UK.)

For UK: we enclose a free return label with your order.  If it is missing or lost, a duplicate can be printed from this link:

When you have sent the parcel, please send a copy of the shipping receipt and we’ll refund you for the returned item and shipping cost.

Please always return items in the manufacturer’s bag they were received in and do not attach any labels to the returned items or manufacturer’s bag.

You may use our outer postal bag to mail returns by covering your address with the return label.

If you do not have the invoice we enclosed with your order, include your order number, delivery post code and name with your return.  so we can find your order easily and reduce delays in refunding you.

We aim to deal with returns within 48 hours of their arrival in our office, usually less. Refunds will be credited via your original method of payment.
